Import your product list and download reports
Use the product template to prepare a CSV or Excel import. Export supported reports when you need a copy to review.

How to use it
- Open Products, choose Import CSV / Excel and download the sample CSV.
- Prepare your file, choose it and select Upload & import.
- Review the result and check the imported products and stock.
- To download a report, open Reports, choose the report and dates, then use Export.
Prepare a small import first
Download the sample file from Products. Match its columns, remove duplicate SKUs and check prices. Include quantity and cost price when adding opening stock.
Check the import result
Upload a small sample and review the created rows and any errors. Check the saved products and stock before importing the rest.
Export the report you need
Choose the report and period, then use Export for the available CSV or Excel options. Check the file against the figures on screen. Product imports do not move all historical shop records.
