How to use it
- Open Cash Register, enter the opening cash and choose Open Register.
- At closing, enter the actual cash counted and choose Close Register.
- Open Bank Accounts to review the account balance and statement.
- Open the required accounting report and check its period and balances.
Count cash at opening and closing
Enter the opening cash when starting a register session. At closing, enter the counted amount and review any difference from the expected cash.
Keep internal bank records
Bank Accounts stores bookkeeping entries for deposits, withdrawals and transfers. These records do not move money or connect automatically to your bank.
Review the accounts
Use the available ledger, trial balance, profit and loss, and balance sheet views. Check the date range and opening balances with your accountant.
